Privacy Policy
Nexura Technologies Inc. · Effective July 25, 2026
This notice explains how Nexura Technologies Inc. (“nexura,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information collected through our public website and its request-access form.
It does not govern information processed while delivering services to a brokerage, broker, carrier, employer, plan administrator, or other customer. Those activities are governed by the applicable agreements and notices.
1. Information we collect
When you submit the request-access form, we collect:
- your name, work email address, and brokerage;
- the fact that you requested access; and
- technical information used to operate and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information, timestamp, and Cloudflare Turnstile security signals.
We do not ask for health, claims, census, financial, or other sensitive information through this public form. Please do not submit it here.
2. How we use the information
We use this information to:
- review and respond to your request;
- communicate with you about that request;
- protect the form and website from spam, fraud, and abuse; and
- maintain appropriate business, security, and legal records.
The form is not a mailing-list subscription. We do not use a submitted request to add you to marketing email lists.
3. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to host and secure the website and deliver access requests. These currently include Cloudflare and Resend. They process information for us under their own service and privacy terms.
Service providers may process information in jurisdictions outside your province or outside Canada, where it may be subject to local law. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.
We do not sell or rent personal information submitted through this form.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not run advertising or cross-site marketing trackers on this website. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary browser storage or similar technologies to provide its security check.
5. Retention and safeguards
We keep access-request information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for applicable legal, security, and record-keeping requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of this information.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or raise a concern about our practices. Some legal exceptions may apply, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the privacy regulator in your province. Quebec residents may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
7. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our website or practices change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
